Projects
African Power Project (Malawi)

Practical Action are unable to offer us a suitable project. We will now proceed ourselves with a partner Rotary club in Malawi to build a solar power scheme. This is a major project costing around £40000
This major project was led by member Jimmy Begg, to celebrate the 2005 centenary of Rotary International. We now have a 100 mile path which has proved popular with locals and overseas visitors.
